Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information needed to serve you: your name, email address, and — for physical orders — a delivery address and phone number. If you join our mailing list, we store your email address with your consent. We use this information to fulfil orders, deliver digital access keys, respond to enquiries, and (only where you have opted in) send occasional emails, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments are processed by PayPal (which supports cards and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay). South African customers may alternatively pay by direct EFT (bank transfer) — banking details and a payment reference are provided with your order confirmation. We never see or store your card details; card data is handled entirely by PayPal under its own security standards. Email forms are processed by Formspree. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

In line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Coaching and hypnotherapy client records are kept strictly confidential and are subject to the ethical codes of the professional bodies of which Patricia Blassoples is a member.

Terms of Service

ANEWPAGE PTY LTD supplies educational and personal-development products — the GALES™ Pattern Recognition Card series, the ANEWPAGE Companion Series journals, and digital access to the GALESLOGIC™ online tool — as well as professional coaching services. Our products are educational tools for personal and professional development. They are not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for treatment by a qualified health professional. Hypnotherapy at ANEWPAGE is provided as a complementary, non-medical practice for personal and professional development; it does not involve the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical or psychiatric condition, and is not a substitute for medical care.

GALESLOGIC™ access keys are for personal use by the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or published. All content, card text, designs, the GALES™ name and methodology remain the intellectual property of ANEWPAGE PTY LTD (trademark application 2026/05268) and may not be reproduced without written permission.

All prices are displayed before purchase with no hidden fees. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By purchasing, you accept these terms.

Refund & Returns Policy

Physical products (card decks, wallets, printed journals): if you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (return shipping at your cost). If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Digital products (GALESLOGIC™ access keys, PDF journals): because these are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once the key has been sent or the file delivered — except where the product is faulty, in which case we will correct it or refund you.

To request a refund, contact us with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Each order is hand-finished — cards are packed in handmade Shweshwe fabric bags — so please allow 2–3 business days for preparation. South Africa: tracked courier, 3–7 business days after dispatch. International: tracked shipping, typically 21–28 days after dispatch depending on destination and customs clearance. Express courier delivery is available on request at the applicable courier rate — contact us before ordering for a quote. Any import duties or taxes levied by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Digital products: GALESLOGIC™ access keys and PDF journals are delivered by email within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over a weekend are delivered by the end of the next business day.

Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) for local orders and US Dollars (USD) for international orders. Prices include VAT where applicable and, for physical goods, standard tracked shipping. There are no hidden fees.

Every physical card pack includes a personal GALESLOGIC™ full-access key. Secure checkout via PayPal, or direct EFT for South African orders.
