Patricia's career spans four decades in banking, from FNB through Nedbank Corporate, to nineteen years at Standard Chartered Bank where she rose to Executive Director and Sub-Regional Head for Southern Africa, leading a 63-person team across six countries and holding a seat on the MENA Top Team.
Twenty years in corporate and international banking, the last thirteen at the most senior level. She has done the work herself at every level, and knows from experience what it costs to perform over decades: the visibility, the isolation, the invisible weight of leading in environments not always designed with you in mind.
"I am not looking at your world from the outside. I spent forty years inside it, paying the same invisible tax, carrying the same unspoken weight."
What she saw
in those sessions.
During her final years at Standard Chartered, Patricia volunteered as a coach in the bank's IGNITE programme, working with high-potential women at Director and Executive Director level. Over three years she accumulated more than 300 documented coaching hours.
What she recognised was not a capability problem. These women had the track record, the strategic thinking, the accumulated experience. What they could not always access was that capability when it mattered most, under pressure, in high-stakes moments, in rooms where everything felt like a test. She had lived this herself.
And she recognised that the tools available to them were not reaching the level where the real issue lived.
"The capability was there. What wasn't always accessible was the ability to reach it under pressure. That is not a knowledge gap. It needs a different kind of work entirely."
The tools that
go deep enough.
The preparation was years in the making, a thread first picked up long before she left and taken up in earnest when she finally had the space to. What she found reached where conventional coaching could not: hypnotherapy, NLP and somatic practice, working with the mind, the body and the heart, at the level where lasting change actually happens.
"When I found hypnotherapy and NLP I finally understood why so much of the work available to women like me had only ever reached the surface. Neuroplasticity is real, and when you know how to work with it, the results are genuinely different."
ANEWPAGE.
Built for this.
Patricia founded ANEWPAGE PTY LTD in November 2023. From this foundation she developed GALES™, a five-phase proprietary framework for lasting transformation, for which a trademark application was filed with CIPC in February 2026. The practice is based in Johannesburg and works with clients online worldwide.
The name ANEWPAGE is deliberate. Not a reinvention, a continuation. Everything that came before is in the room: the career, the hard-won experience, the understanding of what it genuinely costs to lead at the highest level over decades. ANEWPAGE is where all of that becomes useful to you.
"Be the change you seek, and experience the change from within."
