I built GALES™ because I needed it. I had the career, the title, the results — and I still carried things that no amount of strategy, goal-setting, or performance coaching could touch. When I trained in hypnotherapy under Paul McKenna and qualified as an NLP Practitioner through Dr. Richard Bandler's lineage, I finally understood why the surface-level work had never been enough.
